Osmanthus

A tiny yellow flower. Very fragrant, almost fruity, and generally used as an add-on or flavor enhancer. We generally use this tea to bring out the flavor of other herbal teas like our Siberian Rose. But there are also certain oolongs you would do this for, with a popular example being Aged Oolong, yielding a type of Osmanthus Oolong.
