Angel Green

Also known as 青山绿水 -- "Green water of the clear mountain". This tea is technically not a green, but a unique varietal of an herbal tea known as “Ku Ding”, a bitter leaf. This varietal is not as bitter as the others, and instead has a very leafy taste. Fresh Angel Green will generally come in small and dark colored rolled leaves, but with hot water it becomes a vibrant and pleasant green. This vibrancy signifies its freshness.
