Originating in Xinyang, Henan, this tea is a higher grade of the 毛尖 green tea. While the flavors of both grades are very similar, this tea also functions quite well as a test for seasoned tea drinkers. With it's fresh, grassy aroma and subtle sweetness, this tea serves as an excellent way to determine the depth and development of your tea palette.
