Arguably the most well known Taiwanese oolong, prized for its freshness. The processing is so minimal and delicate that it may as well be a green tea, and tastes accordingly. Our Lishan Oolong is technically a lower grade of the Alishan Oolong and, as you may have observed, the key difference is in the lack of an “A”. In our tasting sessions we've found that the flavor difference is negligible, and so have opted for the relatively high grade but more affordable of the two.
